Are you ready to shape the future of retail technology? A leading organization in the home furnishing industry is seeking a proactive Test Engineer to strengthen their ERP quality assurance team. 

This full-time assignment is based in Malmö with a flexible hybrid setup, and runs from April 13 until August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central platforms as the organization transitions to a modern ERP landscape. Reporting to the ERP QA team, you’ll support platform and product teams in both legacy and future ERP environments with manual and automated testing. You’ll be instrumental in building efficient test processes and frameworks to future-proof solutions across international markets.

Responsibilities

- Translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria and clear test cases

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ERP systems

- Create and maintain regression test suites for NAV/Business Central platforms

- Collaborate with product teams to assess testability and define test strategies

- Implement and maintain automation tools to support continuous integration

- Report defects and quality issues, supporting resolution with detailed documentation

- Analyze test results to improve solution quality and reliability

- Guide teams in balancing manual and automated testing for optimal coverage

Experience and skills

- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central

- Proficiency in manual testing and test automation tools

- Skilled in test design techniques and writing test cases/scripts

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with other Azure services

- Proven ability to verify acceptance criteria and ensure clear, testable requirements

- Experience maintaining regression test suites in enterprise environments

- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
