Digital Platforms & Experience Manager to Oral Care

We are now looking for a Digital Platforms & Experience Manager to join Oral Care.
In this role you will take ownership of our digital platform ecosystem – including website and booking solutions – and play a key role in shaping how patients interact with our services online.

In this role, you will lead the rollout of a new web and booking platform across multiple markets, ensuring it delivers a seamless patient experience while supporting the operational needs of our clinics.
About the role
As Digital Platforms & Experience Manager, you will take ownership of the implementation, development, and governance of the organisation’s digital platforms. A key part of your mission will be to lead the rollout of new websites and booking solutions market by market, ensuring that the platform integrates smoothly with existing systems and supports the full patient journey - from discovery to booking and follow-up. You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and external development partners, ensuring the platform evolves in line with both commercial priorities and technical scalability.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and stability of the organisation’s digital platforms. You will report to the Group Head of Marketing & Communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the rollout of a new web and booking platform across multiple markets
Acting as Product Owner for the website and booking platform and defining the platform roadmap
Managing the product backlog and coordinating development work with external partners
Ensuring stable integrations with practice management and journal systems across markets
Establishing governance for how markets submit and prioritise platform requests
Continuously improving digital user journeys, booking flows, and conversion
Supporting the integration of CRM and ensuring reliable data flows across systems
Managing the relationship with the external development partner and ensuring platform stability
About You
We believe you have solid experience working with digital platforms, product development, or similar roles, and that you are comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You have several years experience from similar assignments. To succeed in this role, you combine strategic perspective with a hands-on mindset and are comfortable operating in complex digital environments where many stakeholders and priorities intersect. You work in a structured and decisive way, able to navigate complexity while making clear prioritisation decisions that move initiatives forward.
You take a data-driven and solution-oriented approach, using insights and analysis to guide decisions while maintaining a pragmatic focus on delivery and impact. At the same time, you are skilled at translating business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and platform development.
Equally important, you are a strong stakeholder manager who collaborates effectively across teams, markets, and functions, building alignment between business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful platform development and adoption.
You have
7–10 years of experience in digital product management, platform ownership, or similar roles
Proven experience leading major digital platform implementations or rollout projects
Experience working with integrations, APIs, and complex digital ecosystems
Experience managing external development partners or agencies
Experience working in multi-market or multisite digital environments
Strong understanding of digital performance, analytics, and conversion optimisation
Experience with CRM implementation or integration is considered a strong advantage.
