What you will lead

As our Lead Data Engineer, you take ownership of shaping and scaling our Snowflake-based platform, defining the engineering standards the organization will rely on. You’ll bridge the gap between global business needs and high-end technical implementation, designing solutions, setting guardrails for MDM, and ensuring our data foundation is built to last. You’ll also mentor upcoming talents, helping the team evolve into a self-driven, high-knowledge unit.

• Design and evolve our modern Snowflake platform, building the architecture that powers global insights
• Harmonize source data, develop models, and integrate critical systems across markets, creating a unified data backbone

Who you are

You likely have a consulting background or come from a fast-paced tech environment where you’ve learned to get things done, alternatively, have a way of how things "should" be done, and just long to have the mandate to take action and actually make a difference. 

You’re done delivering endless PowerPoints or sitting in a “code factory” - now you want ownership. You take mandate naturally: when something is unclear, you don’t wait for instructions; you create direction. You can discuss value streams with a CFO as confidently as you can deep-dive Snowflake architecture, and you design scalable solutions that stand the test of time.

• Strong SQL and data-modelling expertise, with experience in Snowflake, Azure, Python, and tools like dbt or similar
• A proactive problem-solver who moves confidently between business stakeholders and technical teams in complex global environments
