Step into a key strategic role within the cybersecurity industry, where customer experience and product positioning are front and center. We’re now looking for a Director, Product & Customer Marketing to lead localized content development, regional launches, and compelling storytelling across EMEA and APJ. Based in Stockholm, this fixed-term assignment runs February - September 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with regional sales, global product marketing, and customers — shaping how solutions are brought to market.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, content-driven role with strong ownership over customer marketing and go-to-market activities. Reporting to the global SVP of Product Marketing, you'll be part of the Product Marketing and CX team, working closely with EMEA sales and campaign teams. The role has evolved to focus even more on local execution and regional needs — translating global strategies into regionally relevant content with a local feel. You will play a central role in capturing customer needs, building case studies, and maintaining clear communication across functions.
Responsibilities
Lead launches across EMEA and APJ, in close coordination with product, sales, and campaign teams
Translate global positioning into local messaging that resonates with target audiences and reflects regional nuances
Work closely with the EMEA sales team to tailor content to current sales needs and market-specific challenges
Own the end-to-end case study process – identifying opportunities, engaging with customers, managing interviews, and delivering polished, multi-format content
Attend and support regional events, capture relevant topics, and identify storytelling opportunities based on real-time engagement
Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed on customer marketing activities and content development efforts
Drive regionally adapted marketing content across formats, ensuring relevance, clarity, and consistency
About You
You’re an experienced B2B marketer who understands how to transform product messaging into compelling customer narratives. With strong experience in both product and customer marketing, you thrive on working closely with sales, know how to bring regional nuance to global strategies, and are confident in owning processes from idea to delivery. You’re proactive, collaborative, and have a sharp eye for what resonates in local markets and the ability to drive both business and enegagment.
Experience and Skills
Several years of experience in B2B product or customer marketing, preferably in the tech sector
Demonstrated success in developing customer stories, regional content, and sales-aligned messaging
Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and CX teams
Ability to tailor content to specific regions, with a deep understanding of local tone and relevance
Solid project management skills with experience running marketing processes end-to-end
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures; experience in EMEA and APJ a plus
Experience attending and contributing to customer events and industry tradeshows
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
