About the role
To support our continued growth, we are investing in creating even more relevant and personalised customer acquisition activities. That is why we are hiring a Head of 1:1 Growth – a new strategic role focused on how we identify, activate and re-activate customers across direct touchpoints such as E-mail, SMS & App.
This is a new leadership role, focused on building out and accelerating a high-potential growth area – together with a strong team. You will take real ownership of this space, working closely with a skilled in-house team to develop our approach to marketing automation, customer data and direct sales. This is a rare opportunity to shape a key growth area from within – driving measurable results and long-term customer impact.
What you will do
Own the 1:1 customer acquisition growth strategy across customer-facing channels – from email and app to SMS and telemarketing
Lead and coach a team of marketing automation and direct sales specialists, building a centre of excellence around customer acquisition personalisation and lifecycle marketing
Design and execute personalised campaigns across the customer journey – specifically accountable for driving acquisition and reactivation
Leverage data, insights and predictive models to power segmentation, targeting and optimisation
Work cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Analytics, Product and Tech to align efforts and share knowledge
Build the tools and infrastructure to test, measure, and scale what works – across brands and markets
Who you are
We believe that you have done this before and already know your way around commercial communication, personalisation tools and data at scale. You are interested in people and base your work from a human centered, datadriven approach. You bring vision and know-how to the table and keep an open mind to collaboration in order to drive growth wherever possible.
You bring several years of experience in CRM, marketing automation or customer analytics, ideally in a DTC or subscription-based business
You have led teams and know how to scale both talent and technology
You have hands-on experience with CDPs and platforms like Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Bloomreach or Voyado
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach – you are not afraid to dive into the data or the tools yourself.
You are commercially minded, outcome-focused and thrive in an environment where speed and ownership matter.
You communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and bring others with you on the journey.
You are fluent in English – a Scandinavian language is a plus.
