We are now looking for a CTO to join as co-founder. This is a core leadership role. You will help shape product, tech and the future of our company.

The Role

Your focus will be on defining our technical direction and building the right team to get us there. You don’t need to write every line of code, but you do need to make the key technical decisions, and know what good execution looks like.

We are early-stage, so in this role you will mix vision, architecture, and structure with plenty of day-to-day problem solving.

What you’ll be doing

• Set the technical roadmap, architecture, and tools
• Hire and lead a small (distributed) engineering team
• Turn product ideas into stable, scalable systems
• Keep quality high from AI pipelines to mobile UX to backend performance
• Balance speed with long-term thinking
• Represent the tech side in conversations with partners and investors

Who You Are

You are someone who’s built things before. Maybe a startup, maybe a platform, maybe a high performing team. You have worked in fastmoving environments with limited resources and shifting priorities, and you are comfortable making decisions without perfect information.

You have

• Experience from roles like tech lead, early employee, or co-founder
• Know what it takes to lead and support distributed teams
• Have worked on a consumer product, ideally mobile-first
• Experience with AI, fashion, or e-commerce platforms
• Can explain tech clearly. Especially to non-technical stakeholders

We are looking for someone who’s strategic, but grounded – someone who can see the big picture and still knows how to focus on what really matters right now. You have a builder’s mindset and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves when needed. You lead with clarity, not ego, and know how to bring people with you. Most importantly, you carry that founder energy – the drive to build something meaningful and the desire to truly own a part of the journey.
