We're looking for a hands-on and data-driven E-commerce Growth Lead to take full ownership of the Swedish e-commerce business for Nuvoo, a fast-growing Nordic D2C brand within refurbished tech.
You’ll join at an early stage where not everything is in place, which gives you the opportunity to shape how Nuvoo operates in the Swedish market and build the local team from the ground up. The company has ambitious growth plans, and for the right person there’s potential to make a real impact and grow into a strategic role, including a seat on the leadership team.

About the role
As E-commerce Growth Lead, you will be responsible for leading and growing the Swedish e-commerce business. You’ll work across the full digital customer journey and be the go-to person for growth-related questions in the Swedish market. You’ll have support from the global team and work closely with both existing team members and external agencies.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own and drive the Swedish e-commerce performance and budget
- Lead day-to-day operations and local growth strategy
- Analyze performance data, draw insights and take action to improve results
- Manage and optimize key digital channels including paid media, SEO and CRO
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal experts (tech, content, analytics etc)
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for the Swedish market
- Build the foundation for a local team setup (starting with agency support, expanding over time)
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the marketing manager
- Shape how Nuvoo builds and scales its Swedish e-commerce operation
This is a broad and hands-on role in a small but growing company. You’ll need to take initiative, solve problems as they come up, and work without detailed playbooks. For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to become part of the leadership team and play a key role in Nuvoo’s international expansion.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines a strong analytical mindset with the ability to execute. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you enjoy improving things—whether that’s the funnel, the customer journey or the way of working.
To succeed in this role, you likely:
- Have hands-on experience in e-commerce growth or performance marketing
- Have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape – tools, trends, challenges and best practices
- Are comfortable owning and driving KPIs, forecasting and reporting
- Understand the full e-commerce funnel and how to optimize each step
- Enjoy working independently and proactively
- Know how to communicate results and drive decisions based on data
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
It’s a plus if you’ve worked in a scale-up environment or helped build growth structures from scratch.
