MarTech Specialist to IAR

Are you technically savvy, self-driven, and excited by the mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities? Do you want to help shape and develop MarTech solutions at a global tech company? We are now looking for someone with both strategic and operational experience in HubSpot and Salesforce to join IAR in Uppsala.
About the role
This is a key role that blends product ownership with hands-on system work. You’ll be responsible for both HubSpot and Salesforce administration while acting as a bridge between departments, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and IT. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, with the aim of improving systems and processes, managing data flows across platforms, and supporting the organization’s evolving needs. You will report to the EVP of Commercial Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and prioritize the ongoing development of HubSpot and Salesforce
- Act as a superuser and administrator (permissions, workflows, support)
- Ensure data quality, structure, and GDPR compliance in both platforms
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of internal improvement requests
- Serve as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders – gather needs and translate into requirements for IT
- Provide technical advice to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Support strategic initiatives related to platforms and system landscape
- Create and document processes and lead improvement initiatives
About You
We are looking for someone who is both technically minded and business-driven, with a genuine interest in marketing. You enjoy creating structure, improving workflows, and collaborating across teams. You are independent, solution-oriented, and thrive in roles where you get to combine strategy with execution. You are a strong communicator and an experienced project manager who can translate business needs and technical challenges into smart, scalable solutions. Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role and see yourself growing into a Product Owner role within MarTech.
You Bring
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot – both admin and hands-on use
- Understanding of system integrations, data quality, and architecture
- Comfortable working closely with marketing, sales, and IT
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting (you don’t need to be a developer)
- Project management experience, especially with international stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, structure, and drive initiatives independently
- Comfortable working in environments without set processes – and confident in creating them when needed
Nice to Have
- Certification in HubSpot or Salesforce (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with MarTech in an international B2B context
