Are you at the start of your marketing career with approximately 1-2 years of experience? We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing activities and office coordination for our client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will contribute to global and local campaigns, events, and activations that engage and inspire customers.

This full-time assignment is based at our client's office in Gothenburg, starting as soon as possible until August 28, 2025.

About the role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will get to participate in in executing the yearly marketing plan, supporting product launches, campaigns, and events. You will also help to ensure brand identity consistency across various marketing activities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle office coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the activation of the yearly marketing plan, including product launches, campaigns, events, and test drives.
• Support with project coordination for smaller marketing projects and activations.
• Help to ensure brand identity consistency across all campaigns, events, and activations.
• Manage organic social media content by adapting global content, creating Swedish copy, and publishing posts on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Collaborate with global and local teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate office-related tasks and manage stakeholder communication.

About you:

You are a structured and hands-on person with a passion for brand engagement. Your knowledge in digital marketing, project coordination, or community management equips you to help with dynamic marketing activities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Experience and skills: 

• 1-2 years of experience in community management, project management, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Relevant education in marketing or a related field.
• Experience working with social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
