About the role

As a Senior POS Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the launch of a new POS program from end to end. You will develop and execute a comprehensive program plan, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will oversee program progress, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a complex retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive POS program plan, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Track and monitor program progress, ensuring key milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain program momentum.
• Evaluate program performance, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
• Prepare and lead project and steering committee meetings, ensuring transparency and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with other program managers to integrate the POS program within broader business initiatives.
