We are now helping our client to find a SuccessFactors expert with deep knowledge of Succession & Development and Performance & Goals modules. Join a fast-paced and ambitious initiative for an industry-leading organization in Stockholm looking to revolutionize its Talent Management processes. This is your opportunity to apply your extensive experience to design, validate, and guide a high-impact solution.
Duration: Starting ASAP for a minimum of 3 months, with the option to extend.
Extent: Full-time (100%). A lower percentage (minimum 50%) is acceptable initially to secure the right expertise.
Location: Remote or on-site, depending on your preference and availability.
About the role:
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the design and implementation of the Succession module in SuccessFactors. With much of the process mapping and configuration groundwork already completed, your expertise is needed to validate the design, translate business needs into functional requirements, and guide the team with best-practice recommendations. Additionally, you will support the ongoing roll-out of the Performance & Goals module, ensuring alignment with the broader Talent Management strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to fast-track the development and implementation processes for this global initiative.
Responsibilities
- Validate the design of the Succession module and ensure alignment with SuccessFactors best practices
- Translate diverse business needs into functional requirements for in-house application consultants to implement
- Provide expert advice, clear recommendations, and proactive guidance to refine the Talent Management solution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Talent Management process moves from manual work to an optimized, automated solution
- Support the continued rollout of the Performance & Goals module, including designing and implementing the module for store management teams
- Align Talent Management and Performance & Goals solutions to create a seamless, holistic approach for the organization
- Leverage your experience from multiple implementations to identify and propose improvements or efficiencies
- Ensure the developed solution meets the needs of a global organization with large-scale operations
About you:
You are a senior consultant with extensive experience in Talent Management implementations, particularly with SuccessFactors. You are confident advising stakeholders, guiding decision-making processes, and proposing best-practice solutions tailored to complex organizational needs. Your expertise spans large, global organizations where you’ve delivered impactful solutions by combining technical expertise with business acumen. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced projects with tight timelines.
Experience and skills:
- Extensive, recent experience with Succession & Development and Performance & Goals modules in SuccessFactors
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Talent Management solutions for large, global organizations
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements for implementation
- Expertise in applying SuccessFactors best practices to deliver scalable, effective solutions
- Proficiency in advising and guiding stakeholders through decision-making processes
- Familiarity with Opportunity Marketplace is meriting
- Ability to work with tight timeframes and fast-track project milestones
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
