A senior product organisation within a major international company is looking for an experienced Product Owner to step into an established mobile app team. The assignment is available immediately and runs initially for one to six months.

The assignment

You'll own the product backlog and run Scrum ceremonies for a distributed team of mobile and backend developers. The team builds and maintains white-label app solutions across multiple brands within the group, with a strong focus on technical integration and localised adaptation. The work is hands-on and sits at the intersection of product management and technical delivery.

You'll report to the Lead Product Owner and work closely with product designers, local stakeholders, and development teams across several European locations.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for a distributed team running two-week sprints

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business objectives with user and technical needs

• Collaborate with design and development to define and validate solution approaches

• Translate stakeholder input and user insights into clear, actionable requirements

• Support technical integration work and coordinate delivery across local teams

• Contribute to roadmap planning together with the Lead Product Owner

• Apply a business analysis mindset to identify opportunities and clarify requirements

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner on mobile app products

• Solid understanding of mobile app development, ideally with Flutter and .NET

• Comfortable working with both frontend and backend developers and navigating technical conversations

• Experience running Scrum ceremonies in distributed team settings

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to prioritisation

• Fluent in English; Swedish, German or Czech is a significant advantage
