Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level in a creative and fast-paced environment? A global retailer in the fashion industry is now looking for an organised and service-minded Administrative Assistant to support its Kids and Menswear department.
This is a full-time, office-based assignment in Stockholm, running from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll work closely with managers across various teams to provide essential administrative support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. You’ll also be in regular contact with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely coordination and delivery of services. This role reports directly to team leads and involves collaboration across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide invoice processing support for managers, controllers, and HR
- Approve employee time reports within the HRM system
- Handle travel and hotel bookings for team members
- Assist with expense reporting for managers in the HRM system
- Manage and update distribution mail lists as access owner
- Provide general administrative support for managers
- Order flowers and gifts for special occasions
- Coordinate and implement social activities such as team workshops, breakfasts, and after-work events
About you:
You are a detail-oriented and service-minded individual who enjoys supporting others and ensuring that things run smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s coordinating events or managing reports, you bring structure, clarity, and a proactive attitude to every task. This role is well-suited for someone early in their career with a foundation in administration and a desire to grow within a dynamic team environment.
Experience and skills:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in administration, front desk, office management, or customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Proactive and service-minded with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills in English
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
