Exciting assignment for an experienced Marketing Manager – create impact in the B2B segment!
We are now looking for Regional Marketing Manager for a client in Göteborg. The assignment is full-time and for a period 2025-10-01- 2025-12-31.
About the Role:
The client is the world's leading B2B supplier of tissue paper. Their end customers are primarily found in commercial properties, offices, industry, hotels & restaurants, healthcare, public sector as well as facility service and cleaning.
This role will be based in Gothenburg, and report to the Marketing Director End Customer Segment that is based in the UK.
We expect the person to be in the office located in Gothenburg at least 3 days a week. Some travel may occur, after agreement with the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- You will be resposible to develop, manage and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial and healthcare segments in line with guidelines.
- You will also define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development as well as gather end customer market data, needs, trends; select, drive and follow up on work with regional/local associations.
- Additionally, they will manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing.

The Marketing Manager needs to be a strong team player, that inspires and engages others with their motivational approach. A dynamic, adaptable yet structured way of working is needed to be able to excel in diverse environments and cultures. The Marketing Manager also needs to be customer-driven and possess an analytical mindset and have great communication skills.
Experience and Skills
- Relevant University degree
- At least 5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in B2B
- Very important with experience working with trade shows
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and preferably one Nordic language
- Experienced and comfortable in working digitally and with remote stakeholders
- Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills within a fast-paced international environment with colleagues situated in multiple countries
- Negotiating, influencing and networking skills
- Leadership skills in terms of gaining alignment and fostering team spirit in a matrix organization and driving large, intercultural projects
- Project management skills
- Experience in Sales is desirable

About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
