We are looking for an organized and collaborative Business Analyst to support an exciting internal AI initiative for a global fashion company.
Based in Stockholm, this full-time onsite assignment runs from September 2025 through the end of March 2026, with possible extension.
About the role
In this role, you will act as the central coordinator – the “spider in the web” – for internal communications and documentation management within the AIAD program. Reporting into the program’s core team, you’ll ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. From supporting event logistics to maintaining intranet content and internal documentation, your work will support collaboration across the entire initiative.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the internal AIAD intranet with up-to-date content
- Support planning and execution of internal events such as town halls, hackathons, and newsletters
- Manage the AIAD document repository to ensure structured and accessible documentation
- Maintain and update internal distribution lists
- Support the team with administrative and communication-related tasks as needed
About you
You are an early-career professional with a strong interest in internal communications and operational coordination. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage documentation tools and support internal visibility makes you a reliable go-to person within a team. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and enjoys enabling seamless information flow across stakeholders.
Experience and skills
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, business analyst, or internal communications roles
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience supporting internal events or employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (mandatory)
- Comfortable working full-time onsite in Stockholm
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
