A global retail leader in the fashion industry is looking for a dynamic Delivery Roll-Out Lead Manager to join their digital transformation journey. 

This is a full-time consulting role based in Stockholm, with 50% remote work flexibility. The assignment runs from asap to November 18, 2025, with possible extension.

About the role

As a Delivery Roll-Out Lead, you will act as the central figure in orchestrating and managing complex release cycles across the digital commerce landscape. You will work cross-functionally with product teams, operations, site management, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless, coordinated releases that drive platform stability and innovation. Reporting to a Product Owner, your mission is to lead and evolve release processes that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end release timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Align with application operations and tech teams on deployment activities and dependencies.
• Oversee release readiness and progress, ensuring risks are addressed proactively.
• Act as the escalation point and take corrective actions during critical release stages.
• Communicate release status clearly to all stakeholders and facilitate Go/No-Go decisions.
• Represent the ECOM area in cross-functional and enterprise-level forums.
• Lead defect walkthroughs and own retrospective evaluations post-release.
• Monitor technical go-live and post-go-live phases for stability and performance.
• Continuously improve the release management process and propose strategic enhancements.

About you

You are a solution-oriented leader with a strong technical and operational foundation in e-commerce or digital platforms. Your collaborative nature allows you to connect with diverse stakeholders and drive clarity across complex scenarios. With a background in managing release or delivery processes, you bring a calm, structured approach to high-pressure situations, making you an essential driver of successful rollouts.

Experience and skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management, delivery lead, or program coordination roles.
• Background in complex IT/digital environments, preferably e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagement in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex information in a clear, actionable way.
• Skilled in agile methods and familiar with cross-team coordination practices.
• Experience leading Go/No-Go forums, retrospectives, and post-release follow-ups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead in transforming environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
